I didn't like the script that much. The animation and artwork were lacking. However, the concept stayed true to itself the whole time and I did enjoy some of the references to some lesser popular Internet memes like the Hoff video amongst others.

Also, this looks and feels exactly like classic Newgrounds.

And I thought my animations were creepy. The cartoon eyes are pretty scary. I did like the facial shadow shading in the one scene, though; and it was an all around decent effort (not to mention a nice wordplay on the title).

The federal reserve, the institution that prints our money and controls the banking system, isn't owned by the government. It's a private institution.

This would have to be the first time in a long while I've found a worthwhile series on newgrounds.

While I don't recognize a lot of those animations because I don't really have a great memory, that was pretty well done. Music choice was good, but that one credits song is generally used quite a bit.

Otherwise it's obvious that a lot of work was put into this and it shows. It'll most likely hit front page sometime soon.

Yes I really am going through your submissions I'm surprised I didn't do this earlier. While your drawing definitely needs some improvement, your vision is clearly evident and your execution is seamless.

It's pretty good. I was going through my old flash reviews/favorites and came across tales of paco and liked the wholesome humor and snooped around at the authors' submissions and came across this. Still like the humor. You do G-rated humor the best I've seen on here.
